Here's our little guide to ensure everyone's smiles stay bright: 

 

Cherish Your Time: Life can be a whirlwind, we get it! If plans change, keep us in the loop at least 48 hours before your appointment. This way, we can make another client's day who has been eagerly waiting, by offering them the appointment slot. 

 

Caring for Our Crew: Our amazing team pours their hearts into making your experience unforgettable. Let's spread the love by giving them a heads up! We want to create a positive work environment where our team can thrive. Late cancellations and no-shows can disrupt their schedules and affect their livelihood, so please understand that cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

• 24-48 hour notice: 50% of services booked 

•  24 hour no-show: 100% of the booked services 

• Arriving later than 10 minutes we may need to cut short your treatment or your appointment may be treated as a no show (100% fee) so we do not hold up someone else's day 

 

*please note these will be charged via your card on file. 

 

Want to change your treatment to a different type, we are happy to accommodate this all we ask is you please adhere to the 48 hour notice period so our team can properly prepare for your appointment and allow any extra time needed or gift any spare time to a client eagerly waiting. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-48 window, you are welcome to gift your appointment and deposit for a friend to use.
